Broken tool, a result that looks wrong, or something you would like added — all of it reaches the person who actually writes the code, not a ticket queue.

Please include

• The full address of the page that misbehaved, e.g. /nettools/ip/1.2.3.4/.
• Roughly when, plus the message you saw or a screenshot.
• Your browser and operating system — decisive for front-end problems.
• For a new tool, just describe the situation you hit; a full specification is not needed.

The address is used to reply and nothing else: no mailing list, no sharing with third parties. Ask me to delete a message and I will.

Mail is read by a human, but there is no autoresponder. If two working days pass with nothing, check your spam folder and send it again in slightly different words.
